Printing Methods

What is screen printing?
Screen printing is a process where ink is pushed through a mesh screen onto fabric, one color layer at a time. It is a great choice for bulk runs because prints are durable, vibrant, and cost-effective at higher quantities.
What are screen print transfers?
Screen print transfers are designs printed onto transfer sheets first, then heat-pressed onto garments. They offer screen-print style results with flexible application timing and are useful for variable sizes or on-demand production.
What is DTF (Direct to Film)?
DTF is the process of printing a design on a clear film and then transferring it to fabric. It works on light, dark, and black garments, handles detailed artwork very well, and is ideal for fast custom production.

What fabric can you apply DTF to?
DTF can be applied to light, dark, and black shirts and fabrics such as:
  • 100% cotton
  • Polyester
  • Nylon
  • Leather fabrics
  • 50/50 blends and more
Why should you buy T2B DTF transfers?
  • No weeding
  • No layering vinyl
  • Can apply transfers to cotton and any color shirts
  • Can make a shirt in about 15 seconds (press and go)
  • High quality prints that support premium custom shirt pricing
  • All you need is a heat press, no expensive setup equipment
DTF transfer heat press instructions
Unlike vinyl, there is no weeding or layering with DTF transfers. Press to your fabric and go.
  1. Pre-press the garment for 10-15 seconds to remove moisture.
  2. Let it cool, place transfer image-side up, and cover with butcher or parchment paper.
  3. Press at 320-325 F for 15 seconds with heavy pressure.
  4. Peel warm.
  5. Cover again and press for an additional 15 seconds.

DTF care instructions
  1. Turn garment inside out before washing.
  2. Wash with cold water.
  3. Do not use bleach or fabric softener, and dry on low heat.
What is DTG (Direct to Garment)?
DTG prints ink directly onto the shirt like an inkjet printer for textiles. It is best for high-detail, full-color designs and smaller order quantities, especially on cotton garments.
Which method should I choose: screen printing, DTF, or DTG?
In general: screen printing is best for bulk runs and simple color counts, DTF is flexible and great across many fabrics, and DTG is excellent for detailed full-color designs on cotton. We can recommend the best method based on your artwork, garment type, and quantity.

Products, Garments, and Artwork

Can I provide my own shirts?
Yes, in many cases. Bring-your-own garments may have different pricing, spoilage risk, and printability limits based on fabric and condition. Contact us before ordering so we can confirm eligibility and requirements.
What artwork files do you accept?
Preferred files are high-resolution PNG, SVG, AI, PDF, or EPS. For best results, use transparent backgrounds, sharp edges, and at least 300 DPI at print size.
Can you help clean up or improve my artwork?
Yes. We can often assist with sizing, layout, and production-ready adjustments. Complex artwork recreation or heavy edits may require additional design time.
How durable are the prints?
Durability depends on method, garment, and care. Most prints last longest when washed cold, inside out, with low heat drying or hang drying.
Can you match exact brand colors?
Yes. We do color matching for DTF and can target your brand colors as closely as possible. Exact output can still vary slightly by garment color/material and artwork source files.

Ordering and Turnaround

Do you have minimum order quantities?
We have no minimum order quantity. You can order one item or many. For larger quantities, we can recommend the most cost-effective print method.
How long does production take?
For most pickup orders placed during business hours, our typical turnaround is about 4 hours. Larger or specialty orders may take longer depending on quantity, print method, and current workload. We will confirm timing before production when needed.
Can I reorder a past design?
Yes. If you already ordered with us, we can usually reproduce or update your existing design. Include your previous order details when contacting support.
Can my order include both physical products and digital assets?
Yes. Mixed orders are supported. Digital assets are available by download after payment, while physical items follow your selected pickup or shipping method.
